World’s Best RZR XP 1000 Drive Belt – Polaris RZR / General / Ranger
Ultra-Premium Extreme-Duty CVT Drive Belt
- Manufactured in ISO-certified facilities meeting ISO-9001, ISO-14001, and IATF-16949 quality and environmental standards.
- 3rd-generation heavy-duty, high-twist aramid fiber cord engineered for extreme high-horsepower tensile load requirements.
- Our strongest belt to date, surpassing EX-Compound and Sand Storm belt performance in strength, durability, and shock load capacity.
- Highest shock-load rating achieved, capable of withstanding the power demands of machines producing up to 400 horsepower.
- Increased top-cog pressure load design enhances sidewall rigidity, prevents top cog bowing, and maintains controlled rotational flexibility.
- Bottom cog constructed with high-modulus rubber compound (BZX1) for superior heat resistance and rapid heat dissipation.
- Bottom cog impregnated with short aramid fibers to improve belt-to-sheave adhesion and reduce overall operating temperatures.
- Latest bottom cog geometry optimized for greater rotational efficiency at full shift.
- Precision-ground sidewall angles (scuffing profile) for smoother engagement, increased power transfer, and reduced belt temperatures.
- Aramid fiber cord wrap over bottom cogs (vs. polyester) for increased bottom cog strength and durability.
- Significantly increased resistance to cord pop-out under extreme load and clutch squeeze pressure.
This belt is designed for riders and racers demanding the absolute latest in CVT belt technology, extreme durability, and proven high-horsepower performance.
