This long travel kit for the Polaris Xpedition is a +4 kit adding 4 additional inches of width per side on this machine, adding 8 inches of over all width for a staggering difference in stability and capability.
These are beautifully crafted from 1.5" diameter with a .120" wall thickness 4130 chromoly tubing. The arms are CNC bent and cut for amazing precision and quality.
With this kit you are able to fit a 33" tire on stock offset wheels with ZERO need for modification and with ZERO interference with other components. To run a larger tire offset wheels would be required.
Front shock geometry was left to OEM specifications but rear shock geometry was optimized for superior performance and reliability.
